Jeff has built and lead teams to close deals ranging from SMB to billion-dollar national and international companies selling CPG, Private Label, Industrial and Safety products to dealers, distributors, and OEM’s. Previous to B90 Consulting, Jeff held various leadership positions, most recently as Executive Vice President at Micropower Battery Company focusing on sales, manufacturing operations and team management, sourcing, and human resources. He also worked as a Vice President of Sales for PrimarySource where he built and lead a national sales team, created CRM processes, sourced multiple vendors including a national sales representation agreement with Proctor and Gamble (P&G).
His servant leadership style combined with experience in coaching, business development, strategic account management, client presentations, sales training, and branding enables companies to quickly meet/exceed company targets.
Jeff fosters strong relationships, builds trust with all stake holders, and raises the bar of excellence to constantly stimulate learning and professional growth long after the scope of work closes.
